Yes I am Addicted. And while I've griped bitched and ranted about my guild we've done it! Over the weekend we downed 3 of 9 bosses in BT.

Well after a weekend of great work and effort. The guild just seems to want to goof off.

Last night only saw Rage go down.

I see an issue starting to come up. Top people perform with less effort to motivate, the 2nd level tier of people whine and cause drama blaming gear. So out of a 25 man raid, 8 dps people produce, the next 4 show up and sometime during the fight decide to dps correctly, and the last 4 well tag a long and hope for drops while causing drama and stressing the healers.

And in the healer core, sometimes I'm not sure if I'll live or die, hearing someone say OOPS my bad. Shocked

All the while getting whispers from low dps peps whine " CAN I COME IN"

And forget that people use the internet to learn a fight. 15 mins pre boss fight teaching. Jesus.

Well Kiss another Guild good-bye Confused

People got greedy, lazy, and things just got fucked up. I even think a few people tried to break the guild so they could get people. Oh well, Gbank had some 100k of mats and 7k in gold. We divided up the gold and sent it out to the main raiders. Officer's took the rest and are treating as group bank for 4 people.

I jumped to a t6 guild and hope that things get fun again. Hope to be just a grunt. Mok'nathal is a plague ground and had a chance to switch to another t6 guild on another server, but they wanted me to switch to ENchance shaman and after look at their shamans saw that I would blow them out of the water, so I passed.

Well that sucks... seems to be the common story however. We've had 4 out of the 5 top guilds on our server implode in the last week. Same story... BT gets cleared, or almost cleared and everything just goes straight to hell.

My room mate was in one of those guilds. They grinded forever on Kael... finally got him down and went and cleared Hyjal within a week, started BT and downed the first 3 bosses easy... and then everything went to hell. Healers couldn't keep the raid alive, tanks were dieing... they're all blaming each other. Culminated in 20 or so transferring to Area 52, some reformed under a new guild name, and alot joined other guilds on the server.
